1 · Brief & Artwork
Send AI/EPS/PDF artwork, a high-res photo, or a physical panel you want matched. Tell us the substrate (WPC / PVC / MDF / PS) and line conditions.
2 · Substrate Matching
The same grain behaves differently on WPC, PVC and MDF. Our engineers adjust ink recipe, release layer and transfer temperature to your process — this is where cheap suppliers fail.
3 · Digital Proof
You receive a printed proof on your target substrate within 3–4 working days, plus a video of the transfer test on a real production line.
4 · Approval & Sampling
Approved proofs ship as free samples, door-to-door in 5–7 days. Test them on your full production run before committing.
5 · Mass Production
Production starts from 2,500 m per design on 14 coating & embossing lines. Library patterns can be mixed in one shipment.
6 · QC & Export
Every roll is inspected for register accuracy, pinholes and release consistency. FOB Ningbo / Shanghai, CIF on request, docs ready for customs.

- Substrate material and whether your line is flat lamination, wrapping or thermal transfer
- Required foil width (standard 640 mm / 1,280 mm, custom widths available)
- Estimated annual quantity (helps us pick the most economical recipe)
