Foil for PVC Profiles & Cabinet Boards

Crisp edge transfer on skirting, door lines, cabinet boards and decorative profiles — where release control decides whether the grain follows the radius or lifts off it.

The edge is the test

Flat surfaces are easy; profile edges are where foil quality shows. On a wrapping line, the film must stretch over radii and corners while releasing cleanly — too sticky and the ink smears, too loose and edges lift after packaging. Our PVC recipes tune release values to your line geometry, so skirting corners and door-line grooves hold the grain as sharply as the face does.

Line types we match

Profile Wrapping

Profiles wrapped at speed — recipe tuned for stretch and corner hold.

Flat Lamination

Cabinet boards and panels — even bond across the full face.

Thermal Transfer Lines

Direct heat transfer on rigid PVC — temperature-window matched.

Frequently asked questions

Why does foil lift at edges? Uneven release on tight radii. We tune release values to your wrapping geometry — verify with an edge-wrap sample on your line.
Which line types do you support? Wrapping, flat lamination and thermal transfer — each gets a matched variant.
Can one foil cover skirting and cabinet boards? Often yes; if line conditions differ significantly we recommend two variants for best yield. See the matching process.
